When you care for your toys, they can last a lifetime!

To preserve the quality of PlanToys, we recommend using a semi-damp cloth with water or a small amount of vinegar and wiping gently. Please refrain from using any cleaning products, as they may damage the wooden surface. Take caution when cleaning painted areas, as excessive rubbing may result in paint loss and a faded appearance.

Water Play Care

Water Play toys have a mild water-based coating to ensure protection. Since these toys are designed for water play, they have increased resistance to cleaning. To maintain the quality of water toys, avoid submerging them in water for more than 24 hours. After playtime, wipe them dry with a cloth and ensure they are stored in a well-ventilated area to allow complete drying. This is essential to prevent the growth of bacteria.

Natural Rubber 

When exposed to specific levels of humidity and temperature, natural latex, if present, may develop a white stain. To remedy this, use a damp sponge to gently clean the affected area and wipe away the white residue.

Refrain from coming into contact with bleach and liquids containing chlorine, as they can potentially harm the rubber surface and irritate the skin.

Dolls & Fabric

In order to ensure cleanliness and minimize the presence of dust mites, wash cloth toys with mild soap in a sink or shallow tub allow them to air-dry in sunlight, or store them in a well-ventilated space to try inside. Thorough cleaning and adequate drying are crucial to prevent these toys from becoming potential allergen sources.
