Holiday Policies


We understand that the holidays are a special time when core memories are made and heirloom gifts are carefully wrapped and opened with pure joy and excitement.

Our team is consistently available throughout the year to offer personalized support, and we acknowledge that this is especially vital during the holiday season. This article provides you with valuable tips to enhance your shopping experience with PlanToys, along with some policy adjustments tailored for the holiday season.


We kindly ask that you be aware of the below information before placing your order:

  • During the holidays, many people are shopping, so items can go from in-stock to out-of-stock very quickly.
  • We process orders within 24-48 business hours Monday through Friday.
  • Our shipping and customer care teams do not operate on weekends.
  • We process orders quickly and therefore, we have a short cancellation window.
  • Shipping among all carriers can take longer due to high package volumes.
  • We ship from our offices in Sacramento, California. If you are on the East Coast it can take 7-10 business days for your order to arrive to you without shipping delays.
  • Review our policies before placing your order. Our return policy is 30-days, however, it is extended for the holidays.

Shipping Deadlines

  • In time for Christmas Day (December 25th): Order by December 12th.
  • In time for the first day of Hanukkah, (December 25th) Order by December 12th.
  • In time for the first day of Kwanzaa, (December 26th): Order by December 14th.


Returns & Exchanges

While our normal return policy is 30 days from an item's delivery date, we are extending our return policy through February 2nd, 2025. This is applicable to purchases made on or after November 1st, 2024.

Follow the below steps to initiate your return:

  1. Email our team at [email protected] with the following information: your order number, the item(s) you will be returning, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number, (RMA).

  2. Once the RMA has been provided, package your return and ship it to the following address: PLANTOYS INC - 1341 N. MARKET BLVD, SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA, 95834. We kindly ask that you mail your return within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

  3. The RMA must be written on the outside of the packaging. We also recommend including it inside of the package on your packing slip or on a note in case there is damage to the outer packaging.

  4. Once you have mailed your return, it's preferred that you reach out to us with the return tracking number so we can document it in our system.

  5. Once your return is delivered to our workshop, it will undergo a brief inspection. If your return is confirmed to meet all conditions, your refund will be issued to you. This process may take between 5-10 business days.


Gift Returns


Follow the below steps to initiate your return:


To initiate a gift return, kindly provide us with as much detail as possible to access the order information. If the return is approved, we will process a refund in the form of site credit for the amount paid.


  1. Email our team at [email protected] with the following information: your order number (if you have it), the full name of the purchaser, the item(s) you will be returning, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number, (RMA).

  2. Once the RMA has been provided, package your return and ship it to the following address: PLANTOYS INC - 1341 N. MARKET BLVD, SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA, 95834. We kindly ask that you mail your return within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

  3. The RMA must be written on the outside of the packaging. We also recommend including it inside of the package on your packing slip or on a note in case there is damage to the outer packaging.

  5. Once your return is delivered to our workshop, it will undergo a brief inspection. If your return is confirmed to meet all conditions, your site credit will be emailed to you. Site credit is only able to be used on the PlanToys USA website and expires 6 months from its issue date.



Exchanges


At this time, we do not provide exchanges. We suggest initiating a return promptly and placing a new order to avoid the risk of the item becoming out of stock.
