We accept returns within 30 days of an order’s delivery date as long as proof of purchase can be provided, and the return is confirmed to be new, and unopened. 



  • Final sale items are not eligible to be returned.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you used a promotion on the order you'll be returning, we're not able to extend it toward a future purchase.
  • Returns received with no prior communication are subject to be forfeited.
  • Returns that are received damaged with no prior communication are subject to be forfeited.


Returns for a Full Refund to the Original Form of Payment:


Follow the below steps to initiate your return:


  1. Email our team at [email protected] with the following information: your order number, the item(s) you will be returning, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number, (RMA).

  2. Once the RMA has been provided, package your return and ship it to the following address: PLANTOYS INC - 1341 N. MARKET BLVD, SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA, 95834. We kindly ask that you mail your return within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

  3. The RMA must be written on the outside of the packaging. We also recommend including it inside of the package on your packing slip or on a note in case there is damage to the outer packaging.

  4. Once you have mailed your return, it's preferred that you reach out to us with the return tracking number so we can document it in our system.

  5. Once your return is delivered to our workshop, it will undergo a brief inspection. If your return is confirmed to meet all conditions, your refund will be issued to you. This process may take between 5-10 business days.



Gift Returns


Follow the below steps to initiate your return:


To initiate a gift return, kindly provide us with as much detail as possible to access the order information. If the return is approved, we will process a refund in the form of site credit for the amount paid.


  1. Email our team at [email protected] with the following information: your order number (if you have it), the full name of the purchaser, the item(s) you will be returning, and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorization number, (RMA).

  2. Once the RMA has been provided, package your return and ship it to the following address: PLANTOYS INC - 1341 N. MARKET BLVD, SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA, 95834. We kindly ask that you mail your return within 7 days of receiving the RMA.

  5. Once your return is delivered to our workshop, it will undergo a brief inspection. If your return is confirmed to meet all conditions, your site credit will be emailed to you. Site credit is only able to be used on the PlanToys USA website and expires 6 months from its issue date.



Exchanges


At this time, we do not provide exchanges. We suggest initiating a return promptly and placing a new order to avoid the risk of the item becoming out of stock.
